HOW DO I GET PHOTOS/ART TO YOU?

The easiest way is to make use of our Image Library and send us an email with the image code found at the bottom of the image when enlarged. However we do accept all forms of images and artwork in the forms of JPEG, PNG, Tiff, PDF, Illustrator and Photoshop. We will advise you on the suitability of the image and the possible outcome or print size. Simply e-mail your image or artwork to us. If your desired image or artwork is too large to send through e-mail you are able to send it to us via We Transfer if you don't have a Dropbox account.

 

 

 

 

 

MY IMAGES ARE NOT IN A DIGITAL FORMAT, AM I ABLE TO HAVE THEM PRINTED?

You have two options here:

 

1) You can take your photos to your local photo lab (KODAK store or similar) and have them scanned and put onto a CD or USB flash drive. You can then upload or e-mail them to us. When having your images scanned it is recommended that you inform the operator the size that you are planning to print.

 

2) You are welcome to bring your photos to us or send it through mail and we will professionally handle and scan them. Your original photos will be returned to you together with your art piece.

 

 

WHAT RESOLUTION DO YOU PRINT AT?

This is largely determined by the chosen material we are going to print on. Our designers will determine what is the best DPI (Dots Per Inch) for your particular job. You can be assured of the highest quality reproduction.

 

 

I AM NOT SURE IF MY IMAGE CAN BE PRINTED AT THE SIZE I WANT?

If you are concerned about your image quality please send us your image with our desired print size and we will confirm whether your request will work or not.

 

 

WHICH METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) payment or a cash deposit from South African bank accounts.
